We are the earliest and one of the main producers for Tiamulin Hydrogen Fumarate, Denagard, 55297-95-5, 55297-96-6,Tiamulin Hydrogen Fumarate is a semi-synthetic derivative of pleuromutilin. It is highly active against gram-positive organisms such as streptococci, staphylococci and highly active against mycoplasmas and serpulina (Treponema) hyodysenteriae. The range of values of Minimal Inhibitory Concentrations (MICs) against streptococci and staphylococci is between 0.015 and 0.15ug/ml, with a few exceptions among streptococcus faecalis strains.

Indications & Usage:

Tiamulin is a semi-synthetic derivative of pleuromutilin. It is highly active against gram-positive organisms such as streptococci, staphylococci and highly active against mycoplasmas and serpulina (Treponema) hyodysenteriae. The range of values of Minimal Inhibitory Concentrations (MICs) against streptococci and staphylococci is between 0.015 and 0.15ug/ml, with a few exceptions among streptococcus faecalis strains.

The most efficient biological activity of Tiamulin is evident in the area of mycoplasmas control, surpassing such antibiotics as Tetracycline HCl and Tylosin tartrate, the two antibiotics widely used for the treatment of infections. The MIC values of Tiamulin against strains of mycoplasmas range from 0.004 to 6.25μg/ml. Tiamulin acts bacteriostatically.
